Nicolette has spent more than twenty-five years inside Australian small and medium businesses - as a bookkeeper, BAS agent, systems fixer and straight-talking adviser. She has seen books in every state imaginable: the pristine, the neglected, the shoebox, and the “our last bookkeeper disappeared” special.
What sets NJM&Co apart is what happens after the data entry. Because Nicolette is a Registered BAS Agent, the books and the lodgements come from the same accountable person - and because she has supported clients through ATO, Fair Work, GST and payroll tax audits, and keeps books for clients independently audited every year for their financial services licence, everything is set up as if scrutiny is coming.
