How I got started on this path
My journey began when injured working as a section manager at Woolworths. It was clear a career change was necessary, so accounting it was. Upon completing my course, I was immediately offered a position as an instructor.
As an instructor, I taught MYOB and bookkeeping, created accounting competency manuals, and provided instruction in other financial disciplines. However, I yearned for more challenges. In 2000, while still teaching, I took the plunge and started my own business. By 2002, I was fully devoted to running my business and bid farewell to teaching.
NJM&Co was established in 2003, and has grown to become an esteemed Melbourne-based company specialising in bookkeeping, MYOB & Xero software training, and business financial management. Our portfolio encompasses a diverse range of small and medium businesses, retirees, and private clients.
